I will make a frame bag that takes all my tools during tour cycling. And since I want the bag to fit into a relative small space in the frame I decided to sew a prototype from some waste fabric.

Prototype No. 1: The shape is pretty okay, but the bag is too large...

Prototype No. 2: Now the size is fine. I added some flaps that still need some adjustments. They will later be covered with Velcro and will hold the bag in place. The top of the bag will be wrapped like other waterproof bags. I will make the entire frame bag from dark Cordura.
